Start by creating your ConvoHQ account. Visit our website and click on the "Sign Up" button.
- Fill in your email address and create a secure password
- Click the "Sign Up" button to create your account
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the link to verify your email address
Tip
If you don't see the verification email, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.
Before you can buy phone numbers or access messaging features, you must select a pricing plan.
- After logging in, go to Dashboard → Billing
- Review the available plans and their features
- Select the plan that best fits your business needs
- Complete the payment setup to activate your plan
Important
An active pricing plan is required to purchase phone numbers, complete A2P registration, and send messages. View our pricing page to compare plans.
Once you've selected a plan, you can access all ConvoHQ features from your dashboard.

Complete Setup Checklist
Follow this checklist to ensure you've completed all the necessary steps:
1. Create ConvoHQ Account
Sign up and verify your email address to activate your account.
2. Select a Pricing Plan
Choose a plan from the pricing page to unlock all features.
3. Buy a Phone Number
Purchase a phone number from Settings → Phone Numbers → Buy A Number.
4. Set Up Compliance Documents
Create your privacy policy and terms of service in the Compliance Hub.
5. Complete A2P Registration (2-3 weeks)
Use our guided wizard to register your business for SMS messaging.
6. Start SMS Messaging & Voice Calls
Once A2P is approved, send SMS from your inbox. Voice calling is available immediately.
7. WhatsApp & Messenger (Optional)
Contact our team to set up WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger integration.
