How to Opt-In:
Option 1: During Account Creation
When you create a ConvoHQ account at convohq.com, you can opt-in by checking the box that says:"I agree to receive account notifications and service updates from ConvoHQ via SMS"
Option 2: In Your Dashboard
Log in to your ConvoHQ dashboard and go to Settings → Notifications → SMS Preferences
Option 3: Text Keywords
Text any of these keywords to our number to opt-in:YES, START, SUBSCRIBE, JOIN
Opt-Out of SMS Messages
You can opt-out at any time
Opting out will stop all SMS messages from ConvoHQ. You will still be able to access your account and use ConvoHQ services through other channels.
How to Opt-Out:
Option 1: Reply STOP
Reply STOP to any message from ConvoHQ. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages.
Option 2: Dashboard Settings
Log in to your ConvoHQ dashboard → Settings → Notifications → Toggle SMS off
Option 3: Contact Support
Email afzal@convohq.com with your phone number and request to unsubscribe
Other Opt-Out Keywords
You can also text any of these keywords:STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive approximately 1-10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. ConvoHQ does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Supported Carriers
We support all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other compatible carriers.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS preferences are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties.
Terms of Service
By opting in to SMS messages, you agree to our Terms of Service.
No Marketing Messages
ConvoHQ will not send marketing or promotional SMS messages unless you explicitly opt-in to receive such messages separately.
